1. Acceptance
By using www.ttctrading.co.uk you agree to these draft terms and our Privacy notice (draft). If you do not agree, do not use the site or subscribe.
The site is operated by TTC Holdings Group Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16879126; registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE).
2. What Rook / TTC Trading is (and is not)
- Is: Marketing and information about Rook™ — governed paper trading operations software (skip explanations, fleet truth, calibration / Learning Core process).
- Is not: Investment advice; a signal service; copy-trading; discretionary portfolio management; a crypto exchange; custody of funds; a promise of profit.
- Keys: Exchange API keys stay on your machine / VPS (bring-your-own). We do not ask for keys on this website.
- Live trading: Not the default. Any future live path is opt-in, separate agreement, and owner-controlled.
3. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software descriptions are owned by TTC Holdings Group Ltd or used under licence. Rook™, TTC Trading™, SILENCESTORM™ and related marks are trademarks or claimed trademarks of TTC Holdings Group Ltd. You may not copy the site, scrape for competing products, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.
4. Weekly desk note / early access list
Subscribing adds your email to one list for: (a) a periodic process email (“weekly desk note”), and (b) Operator early-access notices when we choose to send them. Frequency may vary; we aim for weekly but may pause. Content is educational / operational honesty — not trade recommendations. Unsubscribe anytime. See Privacy.
5. No offer of securities or investment
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, an invitation to invest in TTC Holdings Group Ltd, or a solicitation of capital. We are not raising investment via this website.
6. Accuracy and “building in public”
Metrics, certificates, roadmaps, and desk snapshots on the site may be illustrative, delayed, or paper-only. We try to be honest; we do not warrant that public numbers are complete or suitable for any decision. Past paper results do not predict future results. See Risk disclosure.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including spam, scraping at abusive rates, attempting to break security, or submitting others’ emails without permission).
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we provide the site and emails on an “as is” basis and exclude liability for loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on marketing content. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to exchanges, Formspree, verify pages, or other tools are for convenience. Their terms apply to those services.
10. Governing law
These draft terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer in another jurisdiction.
