How Rook + Kraken works

Same anti-scam posture as the home page: we sell a governed desk, not tips.

  • Who it’s for — Operators who will read skip logs; not get-rich-quick retail.

Governed paper desk — not a signal service. You run engines with your Kraken paper API keys on your machine or VPS. We explain skips and fleet truth; you keep final authority.

Do you connect to Kraken for me?
Not like scam bots. You connect your Kraken account with your API keys on your runner. Rook is the ops and calibration layer — fleet truth, skips, gates — not custodial trading.
Paper or live?
Paper is the default for onboarding, marketing, and all charter tiers. Live Kraken execution is opt-in only, BYO keys, separate agreement — never the first step.
Where do I put API keys?
On your machine in instance.env (today) or a tenant secrets vault (future SaaS). Never in the waitlist form, DMs, or public website.
What Kraken key permissions?
Paper: minimum scopes for read + paper trade. Live (if ever): separate key, withdrawals disabled, IP restrict if available. Your security choice — Rook does not need withdrawal permission.
Other exchanges?
Engines are per-exchange. Paper fleet runs on Kraken today (BTC/LTC/LINK/SOL). Now: LTC war desk Long + refuse; SOL Learning Core = NO_EDGE closed; ceremony paused. Binance, Coinbase, etc. follow the same BYO-keys + paper-default pattern later — not a copy-trading mall.
Must my laptop run 24/7?
Today: engines need your host. The marketing site moves to always-on hosting (ttctrading.co.uk) so visitors never depend on your laptop. Product runners stay on your VPS or a future hosted worker tier.

SILENCESTORM™ is Rook’s Refusal Intelligence™ advisory layer (roadmap — SS-01 after honest Learning Core EDGE). It scores Correct Silence Index™ (CSI) and Narrative–Machinery Divergence™ (NMD), then suggests PAUSE · RUN · FOCUS for where you spend attention — not what to buy. Attention Receipt™ exports prove when the market was loud and your desk correctly refused. Advisory-only · not signals · not investment advice.
Where are you now — still calibrating LTC?

The Great Review — hard decision, right decision: we paused the Day-N ceremony on purpose.

Past: LTC finished a full 21-day calibration cycle (the product method).
Pivot: Process alone is not enough — Learning Core on SOL returned NO_EDGE; kill accepted.
Now: LTC war desk Long + refuse through 2026-08-08; trail peers observe-only; paper fleet kept running; no coin-hop, no gate loosen. Calendar Day 21 alone is not the SaaS / SILENCESTORM unlock.
Is this financial advice?
No. Rook™ is paper-trading operations software. We explain machinery and gates — not what to buy or sell.
Do you guarantee returns?
Never. We show net after fees, skips, and failure modes. Death Certificate™ exports document honest FAILs.
Is this like 3Commas?
No. Rook™ centres governed paper ops — skip taxonomy, calibration, owner authority — not copy-trading or “AI entries.” SILENCESTORM™ refuses hype; it does not chase it.
How do I get Member Lounge access?
Join the weekly desk note waitlist first. Operator invites open after paper proof — not a public login wall yet. Member accounts will use a separate members. host when live; we will not take payment before the viability gate.
What do I get on the waitlist / weekly desk note?
One list: a short weekly process email (war desk honesty, skips, ships — no signals) plus Operator early access when paper proof is real. First note targeted end of July 2026. Case study after honest harness EDGE. No payment to subscribe.
When can I pay or go live?
Paid tiers after paper proof artifacts, peer validation, and legal review. Live is opt-in, BYO keys — never default onboarding.
Who is this for?
Semi-pro paper traders with multiple bots who hate contradictory dashboards and will read skip logs. Not get-rich-quick or copy-traders.
Are you FCA-regulated?
No. Self-directed software — you configure engines, you own keys and outcomes. Not investment advice or discretionary management.
GDPR — what data do you collect?
Waitlist / weekly desk note: email (consent under UK GDPR + PECR). Account later: email, auth ID, billing (contract). See Privacy (draft). Full solicitor policy before paid beta. Right to erasure on request.
